I'm the person you call when the company is growing faster than its infrastructure. I've scaled a consumer legal-services organization from $3.2M to $6.8M in revenue by systematizing every bottleneck — hiring, training, marketing, CRM, and ops.

My background spans business economics, direct sales, and AI-powered automation. I build the stack, write the SOPs, and train the teams. Then I optimize and let the system run.
